Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

A typical office visit involves a chiropractic adjustment and requires approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Additional time is needed for complementary services such as therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education. These services may be part of your care plan, as well as exercise instruction and lifestyle education. We honor your time with efficient service and strive to get you in and out within half an hour.

Re-Exams:

Periodic re-evaluations will be conducted to measure your progress.

Wellness Classes and Workshops:

Wellness classes, including our New Patient Orientation, are provided as a benefit of care in our office. You are encouraged to attend to learn about innate lifestyle choices and effective methods for implementing them to achieve optimal health. Patients who take an active role in their health achieve better results in a shorter amount of time and spend less money.  Click here to see when the next wellness class will be held.

Dr. Mark Asks some important questions of interest to Seattle residents - Chiropractor Seattle Dr. Mark Asks...

What does a chiropractic adjustment do?
Chiropractic adjustments give your spine a little "nudge" at the right place, right time and the right direction so your body can use that energy to "right" itself. With a schedule of consistent chiropractic visits, a new, healthier spinal pattern emerges.
What are the two things drugs do?
Drugs can either speed up (laxatives, amphetamines, caffeine) a bodily process, or slow down (stomach antacids, sleep aids, antihistamines, muscle relaxers) a bodily process. Chiropractic care can produce the same results, but relies on the intelligence of the body. Chiropractors trust your body. Do you?
